What is a Preorder?

You're reserving an item before it's officially in stock. We make most of our garments in small batches, so preordering helps guarantee your size before it sells out.

Shipping Timeline

All preorder items ship within 4–6 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page. We'll keep you updated with any changes!

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship when everything is ready. Want your in-stock items sooner? Place a separate order.

Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 48 hours of placing a preorder. After that, we’ve already started the production process, so cancellations aren’t possible. We appreciate your understanding!

Returns & Exchanges

Preorders are eligible for returns or size exchanges once delivered, as long as the item is in like-new condition and returned within our standard return window.

Discounts & Pricing

Preorders often come with a small discount (like 10%) as a thank-you for your patience. Once the item is in stock, it returns to full price.
